I just wanted to drop a quick line letting you know what an enjoyable experience we had at your Lodge this weekend. The hotel room was wonderful, roomy and very clean. Your front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I had stayed at your hotel 15 years ago but had not been back. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accomodations. We will definitely return.

03/19 - We have stayed at the Sidney James many, many times, we really liked it when our kids were small and they just loved the swimming pools, but now that the kids are grown, mom and dad get to enjoy the pools :)

WOW!! You guy's are the tops!! MY husband and I stayed with you June, 17, 2005. We have been staying with you for the past eight years and it just keeps getting better! The staff at Sidney James are always friendly and accommodating, and the quality of the rooms and atmosphere is top of the line!!! When we first stayed with Sidney James it was Thanksgiving Night, little to my knowledge it was the height of the season. Every place we stopped at, that had vacancy, had doubled their rate. Sidney James accommodated us that night and did not try to break us up. We have been back ever since and will continue to stay as long as we are able to travel to Gatlinburg.
